Made of stainless steel 18/8.AISI-316
The buckets are made of sheet metal (2.5 mm) reinforced sideways and on the front.
The main drive equipment includes reducer motor with variable frequency drive (VFD) 1.5 hp.
Cooking machine includes a steam distributor like bypass and a temperature regulating valve type TRI-D.
Pre-cooking machine is added on the top of the cooking machine and is screwed with enough distance in order to the cooking machine can be manipulated.
