Machine designed for the mechanical separation of the larger and more rigid parts in meat and fish, such as sinews, skin, cartilages and bones.
The natural fibre structure is retained in both meat and fish since the soft meat is merely briefly strained through the drum’s holes, but not grated, ground or heated in any way.
The meat obtained with the SEPAMATIC has a granular consistency reminiscent of a coarse mince.
