APPLICATIONS
It is mainly used for milling products with high moisture content such as kernel sweet corn, cooked meats and vegetables.
It has a variety of cutting heads and impellers. The cutting heads provide the desired particle size.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The product is guided to the impeller. Once it is introduced in the impeller, the product starts spinning at high speed inside the cutting head. The remaining little pieces that protrude between the spaces in the dividers are cut in flakes.
