This versatile machine is designed to cut slices, strips, shreds and granules of a wide range of food products such as potatoes (for crisps/chips), grated cheese for pizza, cheese powder, fresh mushrooms, cabbage, lettuce, carrot, coconut and a variety of nuts, among others.
The CC model features different cutting forms including flat slices, “V” and “Z” crinkle slices, strips, full shreds, oval shreds, “V” Shreds, “Flat-V™ “shreds, crescent shreds and grating options. The grating heads offer diverse cuts ranging from cheese powder to coarse granules.
