Cylinder made of sheet of e=3mm thickness in its body. The cylinder has in its upper part a reinforcement folding of the same material in order to give rigidity to the inner part or internal body where the inner palette will be polishing. Auxiliary legs of the deposit are made of sheet, with “L” shape and lateral reinforcements, the rotation axis with a calibre of 50 mm, shovels in roadside panel 30 x 10 attached to the axis by a socket with a diameter of 80 mm, the said mixer will have cable glands in both ends, as well as scrapers on the cover of the said mixer, at the driving part there will be a reducer motor 3Hp and exit 3rpm coupled to the axis, at the other end there will be a rotation support type UCP. At the upper part, there are two gates (width 330mm x 575mm length): the first one is translucent and the other one is in steel stainless sheet. Between the gates there is a fixed surface (width 130mm). The discharge sluice gate will be centralised 110x130 and pneumatic closing opening with a butterfly valve, manoeuvre electrovalves at the cylinder and at the cable glands soldering.   The electric control panel will be provided with a frequency converter, turning timer, closing aperture of chopper gate, emergency stop button.
