Entirely made of stainless steel AISI-304.

Cylinder built in e=3mm sheet metal in its jacket, with a reinforcement folding of the same material in its upper edge to provide rigidity. The inside will be mirror polished. 

Support legs also made of L-shaped sheet metal with side reinforcements.

50-mm calibrated rotating shaft, 30x10 plate blades joined to the shaft by means of an 80mm diameter ferrule and fastened to the shaft by means of pins.

2.2 kW / 3 HP geared motor with 30 rpm output coupled directly to the shaft. A UCP type bearing bracket is mounted at the other end.

Two doors at the top (330 mm width and 575 mm length): one is translucent and the other one is made of stainless-steel sheet. In the middle of these doors is a 130 mm wide fixed surface.

Central discharge gate (110x130 mm) with pneumatic opening and closing mechanism and a butterfly valve.

Electric control panel equipped with frequency variator, rotation timer, door safety devices, door push buttons, with potentiometer for the rotation, discharge valve opening and closing control, and emergency stop button.
